[IP] Re: pump battery storage

Unfortunately not everything that seems to make sense superficially is
always the best thing to do.  The battery manufacturers do not think this
makes sense and do not recommend it.   There can be condensation problems,
and any moisture in the battery is very bad for its capacity and life.
Refrigerator is ok, but is not needed normally.
