I just ran Humalog through Good Rx and selected one vial.   The price range
for one vial of Humalog is $235 to $273 at CVS, Target and Walgreens, per
vial.   I'm guessing your Kaiser total retail price of $256 refers to each
vial, not your five vial purchase.
