Absolutely not! There are also New Year's Day and 4th of July to make it 4
changes a year. Now, my Q: Since in 2007 we will change clocks the first
Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, will that skew the times?
Oh, this is the first time in 37 years most of Indiana is joining in the
time change. Most of us don't like it. Look at a map and it's ridiculous we
are on the same time as Maine now!
