 Veggies do have a few carbs - I pretty much go with the VERY general carb count
of 5 carbs for a cup for about any veggie and bolus accordinly. Also BEWARE fat
free dressings - they often replace the fat with sugar. A LOW-FAT version might
be a better choice.
