I have tried "Kashi Go lean" It has 10 grams of fiber and seems to do the
trick. It tastes good also. Put some fruit on it. My husband takes two
"Fibercon" tablets a day, with lots of liquids. That does it also. If I
don't get the fiber I need every day, I also get a problem. Most people need
more fiber than what they get. I hope this works out for you LOLNaomi
