Richard,
This is a very serious subject! I could really care less what 'label' is put
on me BUT!!! Napping is an American RIGHT. Nothing should be allowed to
interfere with it.  My mother told me a small child, many, years ago the I
should always rest/nap after a meal or I would get cramps and drown!!!!  I
have always followed her advice, all these years and by God she was right.
(I haven't drown yet!)
I have never noticed the glucose level going up from a nap, but maybe we can
get a Congress to investigate this and provide us a research grant to check
it out.
