The reason for taking it out of the refrigerator ahead of time to let it
come to room temperature, is because air bubbles form as the insulin is
warming up.  Anytime you're filling your reservoir, you should be doing it
with room temperature insulin.  This way you're less likely to have air
bubbles in your tubing.
