RE: [IP] Free Style Tracker

I think the main company name is Therasense. Their meter brand is FreeStyle. There big claim to fame that I know of is that it requires the LEAST amount of blood!:-) YEAY!:-)
I joined this group to ask about others experience with their newest product, The Tracker. It's a PDA/BG monitor in one! I've heard good things and can't wait to get mine! There is currently a back-order due to the influx of orders. it's been out there since June (?)
Take a look at the website and you can see product demo and other nifty features!:-) I'm excited!
Now, I'm wondering if I should get another "module" to make the PDA a phone in addition to my BG monitor? Has anyone else done that? My husband is concerned that it might put too much wear and tear on the PDA if I'm constantly switching out the 2 modules.
Does anyone have any tips on that topic? I'd love to hear!
Kathie, the website is www.freestyletracker.com give it a look-see.
