I recommend you contact your insurance company.   They can give you
providers that they work with.  Fifty-50 Pharmacy led me to believe that
they were an approved provider with Aetna-Texas.  When I filed the claim,
Aetna only paid 20%.    It definitely pays to check with the REAL source!
