Re: [IP] Regular soda

Jacque-

I have always drunk the real thing Coke and have found that I bolus
2.5 units for a can of coke. I have been diabetic since 1958 and my doctor
always said to never use any artificial and if I drink any soda don't have
any that are made from artificial sweeteners. As a result I still keep that
idea when I eat any foods. I have never tried any kinds of sweeteners and
will most likely never change that attitude. I also have had this disease
for 46 years and heading for the 50 year medal. At this time I use between
19 and 27 units per day. But everyone body is different and ymmv. Its all
up the person and how they eat and what they like.
