Re: [IP] Don't you hate it when you cause your own hypo?

Hi,
I have the same breakfast day after day after day. (easy or just boring?)and
my midmorning bgs were never the same. I told my doc I had 1/2 grapefruit,
corn muffin and coffee yesterday and had 137 at 11am and the other half
grapefruit and muffin today and at 11am was 230. He said that I atte the
half with all the carbs today.
