This frozen shoulder thing is brand new to me. RoseLea mentioned it to me at
a dinner we had together.

Three years ago, my shoulder got frozen.  I assumed that it was from weight
lifting.  Now it turns out that it's yet another diabetic complication.

 I spent a month in PT and could barely stand it.  The ironic thing is, I
used to be a physical therapy aide and did passive range of motion on
people.  Pay back is "heck"!

I still have times that I get uncomfortable if I sleep on the bad shoulder
and I do have some limited range of motion to this day.
