Look for the 100 % peanut PB, (Adam's and Laura Scudder's come to mind)
rather than the "Jif" type brands which have soy and corn syrup mixed in.
Laura Scudders is 6g CHO for 2 TBS.  Of course the fat problem doesn't go
away . . .

Wow.  After reading a few posts, I decided to eat some peanut butter... and 
to my surprise, there is 15g of carb in my light, chunky peanut butter for 
two tablespoons!  I never thought it had that much....
