Campbells vegtable soup(in  a tomato broth) in a jar
for lunch . 22 carbs/serv . i had maybe 1 1/2 serv.
and a piece of bread. Bolused 6units I was over 300 by
2pm. Maybe it has something to do with the
tomatoes.???
