What's a good glucose to be at when  you begin exercise?
I've been try to start at 120-150 because I know I'll burn, points, but sometimes it's hard to tell how many I'll burn for instance
in a half hour of swimming (slowly).

Is there a way to calculate where you should be before and after? I know
if I exercise above 200, it's not good and it makes my glucose go up. But how
do you know where to start?
