My nurse educator said that insulin is a very alkaline substance and
because of that
it will bubble up easily. She also said it had to do with the temperature
of the insulin.
I think she said cold insulin is more apt to make bubbles. You can take you
insulin out of the
fridge an hour or so before you plan to put it in the reservoir.
