Not really. A lot of things you eat eventually end up as carbs  -- 
almost all protein, and your body behaves differently when you eat, 
even if it is not carb. You don't have to do it all day, just for an 
8 - 10 hour stretch -- kind of like when you sleep at night. Read the 
HOWTO about profiling. You should take many days, even a couple of 
weeks to complete a profile -- a little bit at a time.
