There is something called Rosavin (arctic root) which is excellent for memory
and attention. I began to feel my short-term memory going and began taking
this on the advice of Dr. Richard Brown in New York, the Sam-e specialist! I
have to say I feel a whole lot better, and it's also great for depression!
Between the Sam-e and the Rosavin, I feel better than I felt from... oh,
let's see: Prozac, Celexa, Wellbutrin, Elavil, Zoloft, Paxil, St John's Wort
and a few others I cannot remember LOL!!
I know a lot of people don't believe in this kind of stuff and to an extent
I'm leary of it, but I do ALWAYS heed the advice of Dr. Brown and he's never
let me down yet! I've never had a single side effect (that I know of) from
either of these two supplements! YMMV!
