They are probably talking about canned air. Compressed air is really dirty,
so you don't want to use it. It also contains moisture. Canned air is clean
air with no moisture. It is what is used to professionally clean electronic
componants because it will not have them. The brand of canned air that I use
is...   ZEP Blow-Off  Forced Air Duster
