My aim is 70-150.  If my numbers aren't between this range, then I use the
"sensitivity factor" that was taught to me when I was in training for my
pump.

Mmm, that 80 - 200 is the range I aim for anyway -- there's no way I can
IMAGINE aiming for 100 - 150, because I can't even always achieve the 80
- 200!!

What do YOU aim for? Is 100 - 150 achievable for ANYONE??
