I'm glad to hear your situation was resolved with a happy ending.  Think 
about writing a letter to your insurance co. regarding what happened to you.  
Even if you don't have the name of the lady who gave you the completely wrong 
information it should be noted that you called and who you spoke with in the 
insurance company's records.  Maybe this will help the ins. co. to know what 
types of wrong information is given out and ask them to consider new 
regulations when dealing with diabetic supplies.  Obviously their current 
standards are not up to par.  Perhaps this will help another diabetic someone 
down the line.
