Re: [IP] (IP) Diabetes horrible?? (My opinion)

Hi Tom
I know that stress affects my bs levels however I don't really have an
understanding of it as yet. Any information you or anyone else from the
group can share would be greatly appreciated. When stressed do you check
more often? If so what do you do to manage high levels from stress. I find
it hard because I can count carbs but have never been given any instructions
on how to cover stress.
Also sometimes I surprise myself on how I stress so easily. I can honestly
say I simply don't handle it any more. I use to be a very calm level headed
person but boy oh boy when things go wrong I just get real upset-I even find
myself totally avoiding confrontation anymore to avoid stress-is it me or my
blood sugar levels? (YUCK after reading this perhaps I'm just a nutcase:o)
Oh well so what-things could be worse.
 Sincerely Carol Teal
