[IP] nightime lows / exercise

I think I read somewhere that you can decrease the basals to about 40-50 %
less for the period after intense exercise.  I noticed that when geneva had
swim meets/practice...that we had her on about 30- 40% less basals for the
night after and she was fine.  never crashed once.
