Forgot to mention, the instructions for the Sil/Tender/Comfort set 
fib a bit about the insertion angle for small/thin people. If you use 
30-45 degrees as suggested, you'll almost certainly get down into 
"meat" which is not great. The set must be deeper than skin deep, but 
not any more than that. The target area is the sub-cue tissue under 
the skin, but not into the underlying muscle. 10 - 20 degrees is 
probably just fine.
