The 507c is a later model than the 507.  The difference between the two 
includes: the 507c has a normal, square, and dual wave options, whereas the 
507 has normal and square wave only.  The 507c has a prime screen so that 
when you are priming your infusion set prior to insertion, this bolus won't 
be counted in the prime screen.  The 507c has an alarm history screen, 48 
basal profiles (vs 12 in the 507).  The time screen has date and the memory 
holds 90 days worth of total daily doses and 450 bolus histories.  

MiniMed just last week released the 508 pump.  It is awesome!!  You may want 
to go to their website and look at it.
