RE: [IP] dual/square wave and peanut butter

Heh heh heh. Bagels threw me for a loop too when I was first diagnosed. I
thought I just needed to cut down on "sweets." I started eating half a bagel
(with no topping) for breakfast. 2 hours later my sugar would be around 300.
It took me the longest time to understand what was going on.<g>

More likely the bagel. A peanut butter sandwich probably would not do
the same thing. Bagel's routinely cause high bg's for Lily, but not
ALL bagels. Depends on how they are made.
