[IP] Complacency!

Well, last night, I had my first hypo in a LONG time!!! :( (Last hypo
was in June, I think)

I don't have a clue what caused it, except that my postprandial BGs for
breakfast and lunch were amazingly low -- in the 140's both times, in
spite of both meals being high-carb. Then I put in some good
house-cleaning time -- that's exercise, even if we don't usually think
of it as such!

I think I need an occasional hypo, just to remind myself that I can't be
too casual about calculating insulin doses and sporadic exercise! And to
remind myself that I do have DM, in spite of how much I'd like to ignore

Properly chastened,
