 Even pre-pump, Stephen was allowed to have candy in moderation.  He has 
never been a real "sweets" fan, and his holloween candy easily lasts until 
Christmas, Christmas candy until Easter, and Easter candy until summer, and 
no he does not get much at any of the holidays, it just lasts and lasts with 
him!
