[IP] "Extra" insuilin

When we talk about how much insulin is stored in the infusion sets
(~20 units in a long Sof-set), remember that not all of that is
available as an "emergency reserve" once your reservoir is empty.
Although you can disconnect the set, pull air into the reservoir, and
then reconnect, you will only be able to get <15 units. The
difference between priming volume and "emergency reserve" volume is
due to the amount of space in the luer area where the reservoir and
infusion line connect. Once you disconnect the line from the
reservoir, that area is now filled with air, not insulin.
