1 inch is actually about 1/2 unit. A 42 inch line holds a little over
20 units of insulin. You can measure it if you like by carefully
priming your syringe in the pump and bring the insulin just into the
beginning of the tube. Prime in 5 unit increments until the insulin
reaches the end of the tube. That will give you an idea.
