[IP] lancet change day

And I had to ask for forgiveness one year because the stabbing started to
hurt and I changed the lancet a week early.  And I made a special request
then  that Insulin Pumpers not send the Lancet Preservation Police after me.
No such problem this time-I waited until THE day!
