It is called a PRESCRIPTION. All your doctor had to do is write a prescription
for the sets on a normal prescription pad and fax it to them.
All it has to say is.. Insulin pump infusion set sample. and then all s/he has
to do is sign it.. Just like a normal every day prescription.
The reason why.. infusion sets ARE a prescription, therefore they require a
prescription, even to get a sample, it does not matter which company you go
through, no prescription, no sample, as they are prescription [here in the USA]
