[IP] I'm not the only one in the world

I may not have heard from other pumpers, but someone on this list sent my
email (about problems with getting my Thinset insulin set to fit in my MM
508) to the guy who created the Thinset, who then called me to give me some
ideas on how to make it fit better. So, thank you, Mr. or Ms. Anonymous!

In case you are curious, my 508 has a little piece in it called a "short
fill attachment". If I end up removing that little piece, I won't have my
problem. They won't change the Thinset itself because I am using an
"antique" pump and newer ones don't have the same problem. I probably could
have called 50-50 Pharmacy directly to get this answer but it was pretty
cool getting to speak with the inventor himself!

New question (a general diabetes one, not just a pumper one): Can anyone
recommend a sugar-free cough syrup that tastes all right? I'm coughing up a
storm and the one I now have tastes DISGUSTING! I remember my mother
telling me that they don't like to make medicines that taste good because
people (she meant "kids") might want to drink it when they didn't need it,
but my current cough syrup makes me choose to cough rather than sooth my
aching throat. Any and all suggestions would be APPRECIATED! Thanks.

Annie
