The original Medic Alert Bracelets were created becausee am MD in Turlock ,
CA had a dauther who was alergic to Penicillian. She was in a wreck and
unconcious in the hospital they gave her penicellin. That was a big
problem.
The Medic Alert Fundation in Turlock is still there as it has been for the
last 56 years. They have a web site
www.medicalert.org. They have a 24 hour a day phone to provide your
emergency medical information and a list of your drugs you are taking if
you have sent it to them.
I spoke to them last night at Midnight and they were there.
I found out that my silver braclet that I have had for over 50 years need to
go back to them to get my present ID number engraved on it. My old number
was D 177.
I recomend them.
