[IP] Halloween blues

Here we go again...Halloween, the start of the 'sweet' season.  I  found 
 myself at 12:30 this morning in my son's trick-or-treat bag. What is wrong with
me???  I work so hard all year on my blood glucose  levels and then a little 
bit of candy comes into the house and I binge!  I  feel like an addict!  
 Needless to say, I felt awful when I woke up this morning and also mad at
myself
for the poor self control!!!   :(
