Cindy,

Please obtain three things from the Clinic...1) a copy of the nurse's 
 license, 2) a copy of the dietician's license, and 3) a c-peptide level for
Ben,
showing he has non-existant pancreatic function.  I feel this information is 
 essential to the fight you are embarking on....If a patient asks specifically
for a
copy of a license, the professional person or their boss must provide you 
with a copy.
