RE: [IP] Terminated due to Low

I agree with George, I would strongly pursue this. As we all know funny
things can happen high or low and its not the individuals fault when you
Are on a steep slope.

I would also consider legal action, at least inquire with an atty. Most
first consultations are free.

Neither am I an atty or pretend to be one, but some things are out of line
And employers need to be slapped (sometimes hard) to remind them that they
are also human.

Insulin Pumpers is made possible by your tax deductible contributions.
Your donation of $10, $25, or more... just $1 or $2 per month is
needed so that Insulin Pumpers can continue to serve you and the rest
of the diabetes community. Please visit:

Your annual contribution will eliminate this header from your IP mail

Call ADA (American Diabetes Association) and ask for their support on
an ADA (American's with Disabilities Act) claim. Don't know if you
are in a "right to work" state or not, but also check with an EEOC
office and any Ombudsman program through the States Employment
Commission. Now I'm no lawyer (don't even play one on TV) but it
seems that there may have been errors committed by the employer in
terminating Dave.

Good Luck!!!
