No it is not true that people with diabete create false positives on drug
tests.  I know this because I use to be a forensic toxicologist for Roche
Biomedical Labs and did lots of pre-employment drug tests.  The drugs that
create postive drug test are THC, cocaine, opiates, benzodiazapines,
barbituates, amphetamines.  An oral medication taken for diabetes will not
even show up on a  drug screen.
