I had the same problem, changing sites 2 to 3 times a day. I tried all the
sets and found the silhouette's work the best for me.
My glucose would stay in the 250-350 range no matter what I did or how many
times I changed the set. Then it dawned on me that the pump was working like
it should , I just wasn't absorbing the insulin right.  That made me deside
to wait it out and see what happened. Went to bed with a glucose of 285 and
woke up the next a.m. with a 105 and damn if it hasn't worked right since!!!

The sets now last 4 + days!!  I change on the 4th day regardless .
I guess the body just has to 'adjust' to the pump and the delivery of the
insulin.
Anyway, it took about 2 months to adjust and it is well worth it!
