[IP] ketone testing, in mmols/ Liter

 These are Precision Ultra Ketone test results. And no, ER doctors don't have
clue what large/moderate, or .6, 3.9, 4.2 mean.

 Joshua was in the ER on Halloween evening because his Precision Ultra Ketone
results were 3.9 to 4.2. If .6 is moderate, well, 3.9 to 4.2 is LARGE!

well, frankly the important thing is not the ketones but the state of
hydration and the blood CO2 combining power. the ikmpotant thing hered is
experience. if your kid is awake and vomitting he needs fluids. if he smells
like rotting fruit he needs fluids and gatoraid + insulin spot
