[IP] Ace-K and potassium

For those with kidney disease, be careful of using Ace-K OR salt substitute
because of the potassium. Ptsm regulates the heart rate and too much can
cause a heart attack. Kidneys flush out the excess and dysfunctional ones
retain the ptsm. (~_^)
