Re: [IP] My New DTron Plus

>>>>>>> just curious if the pump gives insulin every 3 minutes - how little of
a insulin drop can it give? like how many 10ths - or 100ths of a unit?
does anyone know exactly? What is the smallest possible 3 minute dose
can it give?<<<<<<

the specs on the htron and the dtron say that they can give as little as .005 of a unit at a time.
that's what you get if you have a basal rate of 0.1 per hour-- divide that by twenty little doses
per hour (one dose every three minutes). pretty nifty, huh? not that i could ever get MY basals
that low =P

becky =) (dx'd 1/24/92 at age 10, pumping since 11/21/01)
