RE: [IP] Food software/sites

I too use the Calorie King software but for a Pocket PC not Palm OS. It
is a great tool. I don't need to carry a separate Carb Counting guide
when I am out. The content regarding major restaurant chains is also
very helpful. I find that the data goes beyond carb counting and can be
useful in following an overall meal plan that includes total calories,
fat etc.. I have been using the software for the last 3 months and love
it...But I am a techno-Geek anyway.

Most of the Diet and Diabetes software out there includes MacDonalds! I
use
Calorie-King and EZManager, and both are "Mac"-D compatible. ;>)
