Not really...I bought mine on ebay so they weren't terribly
expensive (I think I paid ~$15 each for the handbooks and I got
the diabetes text for ~$60). You might try looking there and/or
used book sites. I watched and waited for a few months and it
paid off (plus I think I got lucky). :) Mine are the next to the
most recent versions, good enough for me for what I need them
for. If I were a dr or medical student or in the medical field I
might try to keep up. I like having them on hand as a reference.
