To Billie and all others worried about having lows in middle of night....set
your alarm clock and then you won't have to have your significant other
staying awake to wake you up!!!  Works for me...get up, check b.g. and go
back to sleep....OR, for those of us who have the middle of the night pee
sessions, just do a finger stick, check b.g., record and go back to sleep.

Hint.....if you don't put on a bright light, it's a heck of a lot easier to
go back to sleep since the bright light doesn't shake your brains into wake
up mode!!!  lol....
