Susan, I'm not on that particular fibre pill, but a nurse gave me a home
made (much cheaper) remedy for our fibre needs:
1 Teaspoon applesauce (unsweetened)
1 Teaspoon All bran
1 Teaspoon Prune juice
This helped to get my sugars leveled and I take it if I am eating a higher
fat meal as well, It tastes good to me, but I like prune juice!
