Splenda scares me a little, it isn't natural. I would use half the sugar and
just take a bit more insulin. But please don't take my word for it because I
cook as well as a can of peas. Tam

Today, the day after Thanksgiving, I am going to attempt to make a pumpkin
pie to take to my sister's on Saturday. I will use the recipe on the Libby
Pumpkin can, except I am going to use fat free evaporated milk, less egg
yokes (more egg whites) and Splenda.
I hope it works.
