I thought about what you said, and i dont think i could go back to eating
everything in sight anyway.  Actualoly, i saw this as a way to eat only when
im hungry, not like before when id have to eat a snack even though i wasnt
hungry.  I have lows often too, right before a snack time, so i end up
having to eat something extra, usually over my limit because im already so
low.  I run every day, and have done well for the last 3 months keeping the
25 pounds off.  Thanks again for  your input
