There has been many good answers to your query.  As I have worked in many 
Casinos throughout Nevada, for the last 23 years, I can attest to the fact 
that everyone will go out of their way to accommodate anyone with any kind 
of disability.  I have had mine here since '93 and have never had any kind 
of question.  I will often show it off and explain how great it is.  One 
thing you should be aware of is that they could think it is some kind of 
'cheating' device, that you are counting cards or timing the roulette 
wheel, etc..  If your try to hide it they will become suspicious, just like 
anywhere else.
