I wrote earlier about The Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate
Counter - Copyright ) 1999 Allan Borushek (Dietitian) - that is my favorite
and most helpful.

Another beneficial booklet that I keep in the car came from the nurses at
the Diabetes Treatment Center. It is called Nutrition in the Fast Lane - The
Fast-Food Dining Guide. It contains nutritional information from 54
restaurants. It is a good secondary source for me. If the exact place I'm
eating at doesn't have a listing, I find a close comparison. They have a
website...www.fastfoodfacts.com
